Methods of payment:

We accept: Visa, MasterCard & bank transfers. We also accept debit cards for UK bank accounts. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding payment.

We are open 9.30am until 5.30pm, Monday - Friday, UK time.

We purposely do not have an online ordering facility as we prefer a personal approach.

If paying by debit or credit card, we require your full name, address and telephone number plus your card number, expiry date and the last 3 digits on the signature strip. We also require your card billing address if different from your delivery address.

Shipping:

Orders placed before 3.00pm (UK time, Monday to Friday) are usually sent the same day or the following day.

UK Orders:

All orders under £50.00 in value are sent by Royal Mail First Class Signed For. Alternatively, for orders over £50.00 in value, we use Royal Mail Special Delivery.

Typical postage costs vary from £3 (instruction book etc.) to £12.00 (camera + lens and case weighing up to 2kgs in total). Parcels over 2kgs are charged at cost. We can tell you the exact cost of the postage and packing on your items when you place your order.

International Orders:

We use Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed (or, to countries where Tracked & Signed is not available, Royal Mail International Tracked). For heavy or more valuable items we use Parcelforce or UPS. The postage and packing on all overseas orders is charged at cost. We can tell you the exact cost when you place your order.
